5.1 How can I find out if I am eligible for the benefit offset?

Broad eligibility for participation in BOND is determined by the Social Security Administration and was offered to randomly selected Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) beneficiaries based on where you live and your age (between ages 20 and 59). If you meet these criteria and you were randomly selected, you have received one or more letters indicating your eligibility for BOND.
