4.5 I'm a BOND participant—What should I do if I'm not getting the right amount of SSDI?

You should contact the BOND Call Center at 1-877-726-6309 (Voice) or 1-877-726-6390 (TTY) to speak with staff about this concern. Assuming that you have supplied the needed information and receipts for earnings and work-related expenses, the staff will be able to obtain the needed information to ensure that any errors in payment amounts are corrected.
